There's been a firefighting plane crash in New South Wales in Australia. There were three U.S. firefighters aboard who died in the crash. They had been deployed from Oregon to fight the catastrophic wildfires raging in Australia.
There have been more horse deaths at Santa Anita Park, five just since December 28, 2019. Uber is piloting a new pricing program allowing drivers to set rates at three airports. And we wait for the State of the State to be scheduled.
This year is the 100th anniversary of women getting the right to vote in the U.S. The struggle for suffrage led to British women getting that right in 1918 and Dutch women in 1919. Why did it take so long and what about women of color?
