This week on Insight Music, we’re shining a light on new collaborations and old favorites from artists around Northern California. A chance encounter brought singer Camilla Covington aboard the Shawn Thwaites Rebel Quartet, and their 2019 Tiny Desk video sent them over the “Moon.” Tré Burt returned home from years on the road, and he “Caught It From The Rye” on his debut record in 2018. Jolie Holland and Samantha Parton reunited after a decade apart for their duo album “Wildflower Blues” in 2017. And The Pressure Lounge has been on the Sacramento music scene since 2012, and they deliver a “Pertinent Groove” on their debut EP.
