California’s Legislature is back in session and so far it has been all about Trump, from introducing bills to prevent possible deportations to the hiring of former Attorney General Eric Holder to represent them in potential legal fights with the new Republican White House.
But what about other issues in California— transportation, affordable housing and oversight?
State government reporter Ben Bradford joins us for Capitol Chat to discuss these issues and more.
He sat down with Assembly Leader Anthony Rendon this week to learn more about the Legislature’s priorities and how he hopes to achieve them in the coming year.
