Sacramento, CA
New details have emerged explaining why a prolific non-profit in the Sacramento region providing housing for sexually trafficked girls was temporarily shut down over the summer.
Courage House faced multiple citations for imposing Christian practices on the sex trafficking victims who slept under its roof.
However, the founder of Courage House and its umbrella non-profit Courage Worldwide says the closure is temporary and is looking to build more group homes.
Marjie Lundstrom and Sam Stanton have been investigating the story for months and discuss their findings.
