As Sacramento’s skyline continues to grow and change, the costs associated keep going up. For Wednesday's Insight, Sacramento Bee reporter Dale Kasler joins us to talk about the costs of the new Golden 1 Center and the Downtown Commons.
In 2007, Summer Kempton died from a drug overdose and the Kempton family almost immediately established a memorial fund in her honor. Her father Will Kempton talks on Insight about Summer and the family's hopes to fully endow the fund by 2017.
In his latest book of poetry titled, "In the Almond Orchard: Coming Home From War," Andy Jones explores the theme of soldiers coming home from war. He joins Insight to talk about choosing the theme for his book and read selections from the new book.
