Coming to Sacramento July 14 and 16 is a show that can be enjoyed by watching, listening and … eating?
“Taste of Hope, A Play In Three Courses” honors women of the Holocaust by telling the tale of tale of seven women from three generations, where the audience can listen on conversations between the women where they exchange recipes. At the end of each scene, or course, samples of the recipes are given to the audience.
All proceeds go to O Allos Anthropos: Social Kitchen in Athens, Greece.
Director and Playwright Sarah Acrich joins us in studio to discuss this culinary theatrical experience.
