A federal grand jury inquiry commenced last week to probe allegations that the former California Public Utilities Commission president Michael Peevey illegally colluded with Pacific Gas & Electric Co.executives. This is the latest development in a story that broke in October when smoking gun emails between Peevey & PG&E executives surfaced.
