California is moving towards Phase 2 in changing its stay-at-home rules and restrictions.
Some businesses have already opened over the past few days without the green light from Gov. Gavin Newsom, and more will be able to open by Friday with it.
But businesses will have to go through a certification process and ensure specific safety protocols are in place, and that could still only mean curbside reopening.
