In media reports, in schools, in communities. But, if you don’t know anyone on the autism spectrum, you likely don’t really know very much about it. Janet Grillo is a filmmaker with an adult child who is autistic. Her films’ goals include creating understanding, bridging divides and presenting true portrayals of living with a child with autism.
