Blues harpist Mark Hummel is considered one of the greatest living harpists of his generation. His album “Remembering Little Walter” won Best Blues Album of the Year and Best Traditional Blues Album of the Year at the 2014 Blues Music Awards. The album was also nominated for a Grammy.
Now, being the road warrior he is, Hummel is back on tour with a new album and a new mix of musicians he’s calling the Golden State Lone-Star Revue. Mark Hummel and the Golden State-Lone Star Revue will be performing in at the Palms Playhouse in Winters Thursday night.
Hummel and guitarist “Little” Charlie Baty join us to perform a song from their latest album “The Hustle is Really On” ahead of their set in Winters this week.
