San Joaquin County prosecutors said Monday they’re charging the sole surviving suspect from a bloody Stockton bank heist with three counts of murder and 22 counts of attempted murder. Two of the murder charges come from the deaths of suspect Jaime Ramos’ partners in the crime, Alex Gregory Martinez and Gilbert Renteria Jr., who police killed during the robbery.
