Before joining CapRadio, Claire served as the lead editor on the ABC10 Assignment Desk, where she managed daily breaking news spanning across 14 counties in the Sacramento Valley.
Claire is a Sacramento State alumna, where she studied political science and journalism. She served as Editor-in-Chief of the university’s news organization, The State Hornet, and interned on the breaking news desk at The Sacramento Bee.
When she’s not at work, Claire spends her time working on pottery projects, practicing fiber arts, hanging out with her cat and gardening. She grew up in the Bay Area.

CSU officials and the California Faculty Association — which represents 29,000 CSU employees, around 1,900 Sacramento State — announced the deal late Monday. CFA officials said faculty are expected to return to work on Tuesday morning.
